CMT (California Mastitis Test) is a quick and easy cow-side test for the detection of mastitis and mammary inflammation, particularly in dairy cows. Allowing for identification of which quarters of the udder have high somatic cell counts, which can be an indicator of mastitis. The Bovivet CMT Liquid is a reagent that when mixed with milk samples from each quarter thickens to indicates high somatic cell counts .
To be used alongside the CMT test paddle.
